When It Rains, It Pours

So, things have been a bit hectic lately...and why not? That is just how life goes.
The girls have been tag teaming mom and dad with illnesses and afflictions of all kinds. K had some type of stomach bug for two weeks. Of course, it all started the night that Jon took off to SLC for training. She seems to finally be herself though. If that weren't enough for her little body, she had an unfortunate accident dancing and she dislocated her elbow. I have to say that I haven't been as thankful that Jon is a physical therapist then I was that day. We looked up the dislocation on the internet and read what you are supposed to do to put it back into place. Seriously, Jon did great and she hasn't had any problems since. (fingers crossed)
M is now picking up where K left off. She got a UTI (again!) this week and has been up the last three nights just constantly having to go to the bathroom. Jon has been so sweet to wake-up with her to take her to the bathroom. She is starting to finally get over that when she awoke this morning with either a bad cold or the beginning of the flu. It is probably from all the lack of sleep she has had the last three days. In any case, we are praying for a quick recovery and hopefully a healthy family once this baby arrives.
Speaking of baby, I think I am just about ready for this one. I had two great baby showers this week from my awesome family and from my visiting teachers. I got a ton of boy clothes, which is exactly what I needed. I love the church clothes we got for him and I am really excited to dress all three up for Easter (especially if mother nature finally decides to allow spring to come through up here.)
We are down to the last two weeks of this pregnancy and I thought I had better snap a picture of my belly before he comes out. (M was nice enough to take a picture from her sick bed on the couch.) L has dropped down a bit and I am dialated 2 cm and effaced 20%. Ready or not, here he comes!

Sorry you have been so afflicted ! We have had some illnesses too. Does M have to go for a VCUG now? If so, CK can tell her all about what a pleasant experience it is. And... while I am happy you are hitting the end of your pregnancy, what about my birthday present!?!?! I guess I'll try not to get my feelings hurt if he doesn't get here on that day of days.

PS... drove through globe again today and missed you again!
So sorry to hear all the sickness going around. Get well soon guys, seems like right before you have a baby, it pours (last time too). Glad to know Jon is well though. Hang in there guys. We wish you guys the best and you are in our prayers. Hope this little one arrives safe and to a healthy home.
You better keep your legs crossed until I get there. I'm bringing my oils to work on those girls. Grandma is on her way to save the day.

Any word? I'm guessing any day now if not yet. Give us a call when you get a chance. We would love an update. Crazy to think we saw each other so often for so many years, and now its been almost a year since we've seen each other. Man time flies!
