New Beginnings

This past week, I headed down to the beautiful and sunny valley of Phoenix, AZ for a girl's weekend away. As if the fact that I was away without kids for a whole four days in my own private sunny getaway was enough, I had the opportunity to view the recent movie, "Twilight". I had such a blast with a group of amazing women who completely acted like we were still in high school and talking about our latest crush, Edward. In the midst of this glorious weekend, my most amazing sister-in-law made me swear that I would begin a family blog to keep all our family and friends posted on the latest happenings with our family. So, here you go, Cheryl! I did it! I can't promise how up-to-date this will be for the next month considering we have a big move ahead of us and another trip to make, but I will do my best (much like my journal entries go). So, to all our family and friends, Enjoy!

Welcome to blogdom! It is a great excuse not to write letters anymore (okay, that is my excuse). Hope all goes well with your move and you get settled in very quickly. :)Deb

I am so sad that you guys are leaving. Thank you so much for your service and your thoughtfulness. It was fun reading your letter and finding out that you have a blog, we will be checking it often, and can’t wait to see what awaits you. We wish you good luck with everything.

YEAH! you did it! congrats on the little baby boy...boys are FUN! i'm sure girls are too.
So excited to see I have a way to communicate with your rather than through our husbands. Sorry I've slacked on giving you a call or something, but lately it sounded like you guys were crazy busy finding a place and packing I didn't want to interupt. Congrats first on the pregnancy and a boy, I've told Brady to tell Jon to tell you congrats, but not sure if you got it. Boys really are a lot of fun. Good luck you guys on the big move and we really hope Jon loves his job and you guys love your new aparment, etc. One of the days we'll figure out something in regards to getting together, if nothing else, maybe after then new ones arrive. Keep in touch and take care. Hey by the way its fun to finally be having kids that are going to be the same age, rather than a year apart each time.
I found this through Valerie's blog. I just want you to know how much we love and care about you. We pray for you daily!

Love,
Mom
